Product Description

Grade 316/316L is molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel. The higher nickel and molybdenum content in this grade allows it to demonstrate better overall corrosion resistant properties than 304, especially with regard to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments. In addition, Alloy 316/ 316L provides excellent elevated temperature tensile, creep and stress-rupture strengths, as well as outstanding formability and weldability. 316L is the lower carbon version of 316 and is immune from sensitization; therefore, it is very frequently used in heavy gauge welded components.

The double-socket pipe clamp is a pipe connection piece, which is made of round steel or steel ingots after forging and machining. Its connection form is socket welding (Socket Welding-SW). The pipe is connected by inserting the steel pipe into the socket hole and welding it. Double-socket pipe hoops are divided into equal diameters and different diameters, and double-socket pipe hoops with different diameters are also divided into concentric and eccentric. Socket pipe clamps can be widely used in pipes of different diameters, including single-way, three-way, four-way, etc., and can also be used for water meters and valves. Due to the socket structure, the pipe joint reduces the cost and is extremely convenient to install, use and maintain.
